Your residents park for ten hours a night
An apartment resident with an electric car has one real question before signing a lease: where do I plug in? If the answer is a public charger two miles away, that's a reason to look at the building down the road instead.
Overnight parking is the best charging window there is. A car sitting in your garage from 7 PM to 7 AM needs no fast charger and no attendant — just a Level 2 charger and the hours it's already parked.
Built for the people who run the building
- Property managers who don't want another system to operate
- Owners and asset managers weighing capital against amenity value
- Leasing teams losing EV-driving prospects to newer buildings
- Boards and associations asked by residents to add charging
What it costs the property
No capital, no operating burden
For qualified properties, we fund and install the charging infrastructure, then operate it. Drivers pay for their sessions, the electricity used for charging is reimbursed under the program, and participating properties share in the charging revenue.
Your team keeps managing the property. We manage payments, monitoring, maintenance, reporting and driver support.
Qualification depends on parking, electrical capacity, demand and expansion potential — that's what a site evaluation establishes.
- $0 upfront capital for qualified properties
- Drivers pay for their own charging sessions
- Charging electricity is reimbursed under the program
- Participating properties share in charging revenue
- We handle permitting, installation, monitoring and maintenance

Questions
What property teams ask first.
What does it cost the apartment community?
For qualified properties, there is no upfront capital from the property. US Supercharge funds, installs and operates the charging equipment. Drivers pay for their charging sessions, the charging electricity is reimbursed under the program, and participating properties share in charging revenue. Final terms are set in a written agreement.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the property's electrical service and the local permitting office. The sequence is the same everywhere: site evaluation, design, permitting and utility coordination, construction, then activation. We handle each step, and the site evaluation gives you a realistic timeline for your building.
What if the building doesn't have spare electrical capacity?
That is one of the first things we check. Where existing service supports the chargers, we connect to it and reimburse the property for the electricity used. Where it doesn't, we can install a new dedicated electrical service for the chargers instead.
Who maintains the chargers?
We do. Monitoring, maintenance, repairs and driver support are ours, not the property management team's. Residents contact US Supercharge support directly, day or night.
How many chargers does an apartment community need?
Fewer than most people expect, because overnight parking is long. The right number depends on how many residents drive electric today, how fast that is growing at your property, and where the power and parking allow expansion later. We size the first installation to current demand and plan for adding more.
