Privacy policy.

This website has no advertising trackers, no analytics and no third-party cookies. We collect information in two places: when you send us a message through the contact form, and when you start a voice conversation with Scott, our AI assistant. We use it to reply to you and to run the charging service. We do not sell it.

• When you contact us: your name and email address, plus the phone number, company, property address, property type and message you choose to include.
• When you use Talk with Scott: the voice conversation is carried by our technology partner ConstantLife.AI. Audio is processed to answer you, and your microphone is used only while the conversation is open.
• Standard server records: our hosting provider keeps routine request logs, including IP addresses, as part of running and protecting the site.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identifiers, or account passwords anywhere on this website. Charging payments are handled in the US Supercharge mobile app, not here.

We set one cookie, and only if you enter an access code on the investor portal, to remember that you unlocked it. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

Pages that embed outside content — YouTube videos, Instagram posts, the map on the Locations page, and the Talk with Scott panel — load that content from those services, which may set their own cookies and see your IP address. Their privacy policies apply to what they collect.

We share what you send us only with the services needed to deliver it and run the network:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Microsoft 365 — hosts the inbox your message arrives in.
• ConstantLife.AI — powers the Talk with Scott voice assistant.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• AMPECO — the charging platform behind live station status.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Enquiries stay in our email and records for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for business and legal reasons. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Email info@ussupercharge.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in a place with specific privacy rights — such as California or the EU — tell us and we will handle your request under those rules.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than applied quietly. See also our terms of use.
